The epitome of customised hair colour. Malibu C Concentr8 Colour is colour powder pigment in three shades: Primary Red, Primary Blue and Primary Yellow. These pure powder pigments can be mixed with oxidative colour, non-oxidative colour, direct dyes, Malibu C Klay, used alone or added to any other base you choose such as shampoos, conditioners and hair masks to create custom colour for every client. If you know the colour wheel you can create anything! Like all Malibu C products, Concentr8 Colour Pigment Powders are packeted and freshly activated with water, as well as 100% vegan and formulated without gluten, ammonia and PPDs.
